Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original standard shipping costs will be refunded where required by law; upgraded shipping costs are not refunded.
