Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within 14 days using our online withdrawal function or by contacting jordan@deyety.com. The returned item must then be sent back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

You may open and inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to examine it and its value has been reduced, the refund may be reduced accordingly.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We will of course work with you to make any returns as easy and affordable as possible if any costs are involved at all.

Extended 30-Day Returns

In addition to your statutory rights, Deyety accepts returns for up to 30 days after delivery.

For returns requested after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us at jordan@deyety.com if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other solution at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

For returns made under the EU right of withdrawal, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as Priority shipping, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent.

For voluntary returns made between days 15 and 30, original shipping costs are not refunded.
